Peanut Sauce Udon Noodles
This Peanut Sauce Udon Noodles dish is quick to whip-up and really hits the spot. Plus it’s got tons of flavour andmakes lunchtime not-so-boring!

- 400 g Udon noodles
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- Sesame seeds for garnishing
- Green onions chopped, to taste
Prepare udon noodles according to package’s directions, strain and set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter over medium.
Once the peanut butter starts to melt, add soy sauce, sugar, and heavy cream. Mix thoroughly.
Add peanut sauce onto noodles and coat evenly. Portion out peanut noodles and serve in a bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
